Is there a one-size-fits-all kind of daily routine that I can follow?
Is there a one-size-fits-all kind of overall goals to be achieved by all individuals?
It seems to me that I need to think about all those things that I really should do. Then prioritize them. Then start working on them. Or even start working on a few of them in parallel.

Someone told me: every day spend 30 minutes studying various concepts from philosophy, another 30 minutes contemplating on it with the purpose of building my own moral compass. What do you think about it?
Study philosophy for 30 minutes a day. Everything we do for work is utilitarian. Everything we do for entertainment is just that. Everything we do for health, including sleeping, is good. Philosophy ties all those things together. It sheds light on deeper meaning. Until one investigates these deeper thoughts and ideas, one cannot fathom what they are.
Contemplate for 30 minutes a day. Anytime we are doing something or consuming something whether it is for work, chores, or entertainment, we are intellectually and physically busy. If you are constantly busy, then when are you going to contemplate? After all, Contemplation is the highest use of intelligence. Contemplation synthesizes meaning from everything that you have experienced.
Build your own moral compass. Without a moral compass we are nothing more than biological machines. Animals routinely demonstrate that they have morals. Shouldn't we?
A common goal of all humans is to live a good life, to become a better human, to become a better version of oneself. For that one needs philosophy, contemplation and an evolving moral compass.
Philosophy is the fertile ground for many thoughts, ideas, and principles. Contemplation is the laboratory in which they are experimented on, chosen or rejected. Moral Compass is where the chosen ones eventually reside.
